Dr. Blake Barbera PT, DPT, Cert. DN

Dr. Blake Barbera is the owner and founder of Evolve Rehab and Recovery. He is a Thibodaux native who graduated from St. Augustine University for Health Sciences. He has over 10 years of orthopedic and sports rehab experience and loves to assist his clients in reaching their goals and more beyond their expectations. He hopes to change the way people view rehab and the medical field as a whole with his attention to detail and valued time with his clients.
